Restarting a "stuck" GeoLocation plugin

You do not need to restart your computer if the geolocation software gets stuck or starts to hang. Please follow the steps below.

• PC: Restart the Player Location Check through the Task Manager. Simultaneously press: Control + Alt + Delete, and then in the Task Manager find the GeoComply Geolocation Services within the list of running processes.
• Mac: Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Player Location Check. Click the lock button in the bottom right and enter your password. Click restart.*

*Note:  With some newer MacBooks, the geolocation plugin does not work properly.  Please try on your mobile device if you are having this problem.
