Uploading your verification documents

You can upload your verification documents in your SuperBook Sports app.  If you cannot do that you can:

• Send an encrypted email to support@superbook.com with the subject line: SuperBook Account Verification - <your full name>
• Navigate to  https://support.superbook.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=7072221940371   Complete the form as directed.

Arizona Accounts:

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".

Colorado Accounts:

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app by selecting "My Profile -> Player Verification" or on our website by selecting the "My Profile" icon in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Player Verification.  

Iowa Accounts

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".

Maryland Accounts:

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".

New Jersey Accounts:

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".

Ohio Accounts:

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".

Tennessee Accounts

You can upload your verification documents directly through the mobile app or website by selecting "My Profile -> Account Summary -> Verification".
