We offer a few options, should you need to a break from wagering.
You can take a break from wagering for set period of time at your discretion. This means you will be able to log in but not place a wager under any circumstance until the end of the period expiration.
This is a permanent closing of your account and reactivating it will not be possible at any point in the future. Please ensure you have withdrawn all funds in your account before proceeding.

How to Exclude:
On the app, select "My Profile -> Exclusions". On the website, select the "My Profile" icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Exclusions. You will see the options for Temporary Exclusion and Permanent Exclusion.
For a temporary exclusion, click the "select date" area. A calendar window will pop up where you can select a date when your exclusion will expire. Once you have selected a date, press "apply".
For a permanent exclusion, click the box that says "I am aware and want to proceed". Once that box is clicked you can press the apply button. This is a permanent closing of your account and reactivating it will not be possible at any point in the future. Please ensure you have withdrawn all funds in your account before proceeding.
