Locating W2G forms in your Colorado SuperBook account

W2G forms are easily accessible in your Colorado SuperBook® Sports app or on our website at co.superbook.com/sports. 

On the app, select "My Profile -> Tax Forms".  On the website, select the "My Profile" icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Tax Forms.  Press the calendar icon to change the date range and press "apply" once selected.
