SuperBook® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unreadable tickets/bet slips. We always recommend making a wager using your Player's card so your wagers can be tracked back to you.
However, you can file a lost ticket claim in-person at the The Lodge Casino SuperBook®. Once you have completed the claim, there will be a 120 waiting period.
You will be asked to provide all the information you have on the claim form (player's card number, ticket number, date/time wager was made, teams, bet amount, etc.)
If you did not use a Player's card and do not have a picture of the ticket or a ticket number, you may still file a claim. You will provide as much information as you can. Our staff will see if they can locate the ticket in our back office system. If they can, your claim form can be completed and the 120 waiting period still applies.
If our staff cannot locate the ticket in our back office system with the information you have provided, we will not be able to assist further.
