For details about how PaySafe VIP Preferred/ACH works, please check out this link:

PaySafe VIP Preferred/ACH

Withdrawing via VIP Preferred/ACH

From your Arizona SuperBook app or the website, select "add funds".

Select "Withdrawal".  You will be directed to the Cashier page.  Enter the amount you would like to withdrawal and press "Withdrawal".  Note:  you may only select an amount equal to the funds in your SuperBook account.

Select VIP Preferred/ACH.

  • If you haven't enrolled in for a VIP Preferred/ACH account, you will see a message that says "Looks like you haven't enrolled for a VIP Preferred account".  Press "enroll now".
  • Confirm your information on the next page (it will populate with your phone number, email, DOB, address and SSN from your SuperBook Account).  Press "next".
  • You will need to select and enter your ID information, enter your bank account and routing numbers, and agree to the terms and conditions.

If you already have a VIP Preferred/ACH account or created one by following the steps above, you will see your transfer limit (note:  this is not your bank account balance, it is only the amount you can withdraw from your SuperBook account) and bank account information.  If you would like to add another bank account, you can do so at this point.

Press "Pay" and you should receive a notification that your withdrawal was successful.

If this is the first time you have used PaySafe VIP preferred/ACH, it may take 3-5 business days for your withdrawal to appear in your bank account.

Notes:  Your transfer limit is set by Global Payments.  If you have having trouble setting up your VIP Preferred/ACH account or would like your limit increased, you will need to contact Global Payments @ 1-800-500-1973, option 2.

If you do not see your funds in your bank account, please contact support@superbook.com so we can assist.
