We're sorry that you're having trouble with your withdrawal. You should have received an email with details about any failed withdrawals. There could be a number of reasons for a withdrawal being rejected such as your payment details changed or that method is no longer available.

Please make sure you have funds in your SuperBook account.  Also, check to make sure the funds haven't already been transferred to your Play+ account.
