You can sign up for a Arizona SuperBook® via our website at Arizona SuperBook Sports Website.
To sign up with a mobile device:
- For iOS (iPhone, iPad), go to the Apple App Store and search for SuperBook® Sports Arizona
- For Android Devices, go to az.superbook.com/app
During account registration, you will need to provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number (last 4 digits)
- Current physical address (PO Boxes are not acceptable)
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone Number
If you receive a message "Internal Server Error" when signing up, please check your user name. User names cannot have an "@" sign in them.
