Locating W2G forms in your New Jersey SuperBook account

W2G forms are easily accessible in your New Jersey SuperBook® Sports app or on our website at https://nj.superbook.com/sports

On the app, select "My Profile -> W2G forms".  On the website, select the "My Profile" icon in the upper right-hand corner and select W2G forms.  Press the calendar icon to change the date range and press "apply" once selected.
