Strong authentication is an additional layer of security for your account. When enabled, you will automatically receive a security pin number to your mobile phone each time you attempt to log in. Until you enter the secure pin number, you will be unable to log in.
Enabling strong authentication is simple. Log in to your SuperBook® Sports account and go to My Profile > Account Settings -> Personal Details. At the bottom of the Personal Details page, you will see a number of ways to turn on strong authentication including security questions and/or Pin to Mobile. Select one or a combination that is most preferable to you.
