Multi-Factor Authentication on your New Jersey SuperBook App

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement requires all operators to enable multi-factor (two-factor) authentication for all users.

Multi-factor authentication means that in addition to your password, you will need to enter a PIN code, which you will receive via text message to your mobile phone number on file.  You cannot receive this PIN code to your email on file.

To login to your account:

  1. Enter your username (case-sensitive)
  2. Enter your password
  3. Check your text or email for the PIN code
    • Note:  The PIN code will go to the phone number you have on file for your SuperBook account.
  4. Enter the PIN code into the app

Once you have successfully logged in, you will not need to repeat this process for two-weeks (14 days) on the same device.  Additionally, you will have 3 attempts to enter the correct code.

If you have not received the PIN code or you have not been able to log in after your third attempt entering the PIN code, please contact customer support at support@superbook.com or select "contact us" on the main help center page.
